Please note court fees are payable prior to the filing of the petition , this is currently set by the UK courts at £593 for the divorce. These fees are payable to us by bank transfer when the solicitor drafted applications have been approved by yourself. The fees will be paid directly to the court at the time of filing by ExD Legal Services. .

You would normally expect to receive your Final Divorce Order (previously known as decree absolute) within 34 – 36 weeks.
